I kept seeing the same thing. People had real, urgent deadlines and no simple way to get something across town the same day. The only option was to book a courier the old way: phone round, wait for a quote, hope it turned up. That wasn’t good enough, so I built the alternative.
It started with a gap in premium retail. Customers were spending a thousand pounds on a pair of shoes and being told to wait days for them, because same-day delivery didn't exist at a standard the brand was willing to put its name on. We built the service to close that gap: a delivery service that treats the last mile with the same care the product got in the store.
That standard turned out to travel. The food businesses that came next needed tight windows more than white gloves. The healthcare clients needed a name on the proof of delivery. The property firms needed a signed contract back by the afternoon. Different jobs, same rule: it gets there today, and everyone can see where it is.
We're based in London, with our own fleet, our own drivers and every vehicle tracked. The freight side grew from clients who asked us to take the same approach further.
London is where we started. I want SEND ITT in every major city.
